Experience an unforgettable evening of delicious cuisine, live entertainment, and heartfelt community impact at the third annual Red Shield Chef Showdown benefiting The Salvation Army on Thursday, September 10, 2026.

 

This premier culinary event features a one-of-a-kind competition between the two award-winning executive chefs who create more than 600,000 meals annually at The Salvation Army’s two main Southern Nevada campuses.

 

Guests will enjoy an exquisite four-course gourmet dining experience as the chefs go head-to-head vying to create the “Best Dish of the Evening.”

 

Plus, the event features exciting entertainment, a curated silent auction, and an exclusive live concert performance by award-winning vocalist Christine Shebeck singing “Songs from the Cinema: The Most Beloved Movie Music Hits of All Time.”

 

The event will be held at the Blind Center of Nevada, conveniently located in the heart of Las Vegas.

 

It begins with a reception featuring music, drinks and hors d'oeuvres at 5 pm. The main event starts at 6 pm.

 

Every ticket purchased helps support The Salvation Army’s vital programs across Southern Nevada, including our food kitchens, shelters, emergency assistance, and many other year-round services provided to individuals and families in need across our community.
