Requirements for Registration are as follows:
~Nevada State license or Nevada State I.D.
~Birth Certificates for Children, shots or school records w/Date of Birth
~Proof of income under 60% Area Median Income (AMI)
~Bank Statement
~Recent Pay Stubs
~Benefit Letter
~Las Vegas/North Las Vegas Residency Requirements:
~Lease/Rental Agreement
~Utility Bill
~DWSS Certification Letter
